Important information about the use of the Guardian Security Solutions LLC website and its online services.
Last Updated: August 2026
GENERAL INFORMATION
IN PLAIN ENGLISH: This website provides general information about Guardian Security Solutions LLC and our potential services. Using this site, scheduling a consultation, or contacting us does not create a security-services contract, guarantee staffing, ensure a specific security outcome, or establish any subcontracting, employment, or government-contract relationship. We are a private company and not a replacement for emergency services. For immediate threats to life or safety, call 911.
NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CREATED BY WEBSITE USE
Viewing the website, submitting a form, sending an email, using live chat, scheduling a consultation, or contacting Guardian does not by itself create a security-services agreement, client relationship, subcontract, teaming agreement, staffing commitment, government-contract commitment, employment relationship, or any other binding business arrangement. A formal relationship requires appropriate review and approval through an authorized Guardian process.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Guardian may review requests for same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour coverage, temporary security, recurring staffing, long-term staffing, executive protection, subcontract support, government opportunities, and multi-state opportunities, but website submission does not guarantee personnel availability, start date, shift coverage, number of officers, armed/unarmed staffing, executive protection staffing, vehicle availability, multi-state licensing, or contract acceptance. Availability depends on personnel, licensing, credentials, location, schedule, insurance, assignment requirements, contract terms, operational requirements, and applicable law.
NOT AN EMERGENCY-DISPATCH SERVICE
The website is not an emergency-dispatch system and should not be used to report immediate threats to life or safety. Visitors should call 911 or appropriate emergency services for immediate threats. Guardian is a private security company and does not replace police, fire, EMS, or other emergency services.
NO GUARANTEE OF INCIDENT PREVENTION
Professional security services may help deter, observe, document, respond to, and reduce certain risks depending on the assignment, but no security provider can guarantee prevention of every crime, theft, injury, threat, unauthorized entry, property loss, security incident, disturbance, emergency, or other harmful event. Guardian focuses on professional risk mitigation and tactical oversight.
SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
Website service descriptions are general examples of services Guardian may be able to provide. Actual services depend on assignment scope, client needs, personnel qualifications, licensing, credentials, insurance, location, schedule, contract, client procedures, and applicable law. Not every listed service is available for every client or location.
## CONSULTATIONS & INITIAL DISCUSSIONS
Information exchanged through phone calls, video conferencing, in-person meetings, business development talks, initial executive protection inquiries, property management dialogues, government sector discussions, or subcontracting negotiations is considered strictly preliminary. Such communications do not constitute a formal security assessment. Guardian is not formally engaged until specifically contracted to deliver a defined professional service, such as a written recommendation, official proposal, signed contract, or structured security evaluation.
ARMED, UNARMED & EXECUTIVE PROTECTION SERVICES
Armed, unarmed, executive protection, residential security, and other specialized assignments may require specific personnel credentials, licensing, training, firearms qualifications, Personal Protection Specialist registration, assignment-specific approvals, client requirements, legal review, and other conditions. Not every Guardian employee is qualified for every type of assignment.
SITE WALKS & SECURITY WALKTHROUGHS
A site walk or security walkthrough may help Guardian understand property layout, general access points, operating environment, staffing requirements, security concerns, and client priorities, but that a routine consultation or walkthrough is preliminary unless Guardian specifically agrees to perform a formal security assessment or other defined evaluation, and that not every site walk produces a formal written assessment.
URGENT SECURITY REQUESTS
Guardian may review same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour security requests, but a request marked "urgent" or "same day" does not mean emergency response, guaranteed staffing, guaranteed arrival time, or guaranteed contract acceptance. Urgent requests remains subject to operational review.
CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION
Guardian may discuss or recommend staffing changes, access procedures, patrol coverage, security practices, reporting improvements, personnel levels, supervision, and other security measures, but clients remain responsible for their own decisions regarding whether and how recommendations are implemented unless a specific contract assigns implementation responsibilities to Guardian. Guardian should not be represented as responsible if a client ignores, delays, modifies, rejects, or partially implements a recommendation.
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION INFORMATION
Visitors should not submit detailed itineraries, flight confirmation numbers, hotel room numbers, residential access details, security codes, detailed movement plans, or other sensitive protective information through public website forms. Guardian may provide an appropriate method for exchanging sensitive information after initial contact when necessary.
SUBCONTRACTING & PARTNERSHIP INQUIRIES
Requests for subcontracting, teaming, proposal support, letters of commitment, supplemental staffing, managed security teams, and prime-contractor support are subject to management review. Website submission does not create a subcontract, teaming agreement, rate agreement, letter of commitment, staffing commitment, partnership, agency relationship, or other contractual arrangement.
THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT
Guardian Security Solutions cannot guarantee the actions, behavior, or decisions of third parties such as guests, residents, employees of client organizations, contractors, vendors, visitors, members of the public, or other outside persons or organizations. Our security personnel may observe, deter, communicate, document, or respond within the specific scope of their assignment, but they cannot control every third party’s conduct.
GOVERNMENT & PROCUREMENT INFORMATION
Government and prime-contractor submissions are for review only. Visitors should not submit classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, protected procurement details, sensitive government security documentation, or access credentials via public forms. Submission of a government opportunity does not guarantee that Guardian will bid, submit a proposal, qualify for specific set-asides, or accept clearance requirements.
OUT-OF-STATE OPPORTUNITIES
Guardian currently operates in Virginia. For opportunities outside Virginia, Guardian may evaluate whether required security-company licensing, registrations, insurance, employment requirements, personnel credentials, and operational requirements can be satisfied. Guardian may decline or limit out-of-state coverage if necessary requirements cannot be met; this information does not imply nationwide licensing.
MULTI-STATE OPPORTUNITIES
While headquartered in Virginia, Guardian may consider support for outer regions on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Out-of-State Opportunities section for information regarding licensing, jurisdictional regulations, and operational feasibility for projects located outside of the Commonwealth.
PRICING & QUOTES
Website descriptions and consultation discussions do not automatically create binding pricing. Pricing may depend on number and type of personnel, armed/unarmed, executive protection, hours, schedule, supervision, vehicles, travel, credentials, insurance requirements, contract length, location, and other assignment factors. Only an authorized Guardian quote, proposal, or contract should be treated as formal pricing.
SECURITY DECISIONS
Visitors should not make significant security, staffing, executive protection, property protection, or operational decisions solely based on general website content. Security requirements depend on location, environment, client operations, threat concerns, staffing, schedule, property layout, access procedures, prior incidents, legal requirements, and client-specific circumstances. Where appropriate, visitors should speak with Guardian management about their actual requirements.
CAREERS INFORMATION
Provision of a resume or online application does not guarantee a position or interview. Hiring is contingent upon specific role needs, age criteria, Virginia DCJS licensure, background checks, client-specific standards, individual qualifications, availability, and legal compliance. Not all candidates will be contacted.
SCOPE OF SECURITY ASSIGNMENTS
Guardian personnel perform services strictly according to the specific parameters of each applicable assignment. This encompassing framework may include formal contract requirements, a defined scope of work, standing post orders, client-authorized procedures, internal Guardian policies, mandatory licensing requirements, applicable local and state laws, and individual personnel qualifications. Security officers do not possess, and shall not exercise, any authority beyond what is explicitly permitted by law and the specific constraints of the assigned duty.
SECURE PORTALS
If Guardian’s Client Portal or Employee Portal is active, access is limited to authorized users. Users may only access information they are permitted to view. Portal information may contain confidential or security-sensitive information; users must protect login credentials. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or access is prohibited.
CHANGES IN SECURITY CONDITIONS
Clients must immediately notify Guardian via an authorized channel regarding any material changes affecting active or proposed assignments. This includes modified property access, significant schedule adjustments, new operating hours, emerging security threats, major event changes, staffing fluctuations, new locations, updated duty responsibilities, or sensitive executive movements. All high-risk or sensitive details should be transmitted through appropriate secure communication lines rather than public contact forms.
LIVE CHAT
Live chat is for general business communication only and should not be used for emergencies, access codes, passwords, sensitive security procedures, executive movement details, classified information, CUI, or protected procurement information. Guardian may end abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or inappropriate conversations.
CHANGING SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Security staffing, procedures, schedules, post assignments, patrol requirements, supervision, or other security measures may need to change as conditions, client operations, schedules, locations, staffing, risk concerns, legal requirements, or contract requirements change. All recommendations or staffing plans should not be assumed to remain appropriate indefinitely without regard to these changing circumstances.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Guardian may link to or present data from various third-party resources, including government portals, DCJS resources, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Wix, external procurement systems, and billing or payroll platforms. Because these services are managed by outside entities, their information, availability, links, legal policies, specific functionality, or content may be modified independently of Guardian. Guardian does not oversee, control, or take responsibility for any such external changes, and users should review individual third-party terms regularly.
WEBSITE ACCURACY
Guardian makes reasonable efforts to keep website information current, but services, availability, personnel, capabilities, licensing status, insurance information, forms, policies, and website features may change. Guardian may update website content without prior notice, and no promise is made that every page is always current.
WEBSITE ERRORS & UPDATES
Guardian may correct typographical errors, outdated information, incorrect links, service descriptions, contact information, page content, scheduling information, and other website errors when identified. Such errors or outdated content do not automatically create a binding obligation. Guardian reserves the right to update website information as the company, services, staffing, licensing, technology, or business operations change.
GUARDIAN CONTENT & BRANDING
Original Guardian website materials may include logo, branding, service descriptions, original marketing copy, forms, questionnaires, graphics, capability materials, and other original business content. Unauthorized copying, commercial use, impersonation, or misrepresentation is prohibited. Guardian does not claim ownership of public-domain or third-party material.
PHOTOGRAPHS, GRAPHICS & ILLUSTRATIONS
Photographs, graphics, generated images, mockups, or other visual content on the website may be used for illustrative or marketing purposes and may not depict the exact personnel, uniforms, vehicles, equipment, staffing structure, or actual Guardian clients or assignments unless specifically identified as such. Not every image shows an actual Guardian employee, client, or active assignment.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT IMAGERY
Visuals featured on this site displaying firearms, protective gear, tactical equipment, security vehicles, or executive protection tools are for illustrative purposes only. The depiction of such items does not indicate that all Guardian assignments utilize or require this equipment. Deployment of specific gear is strictly contingent upon the particulars of the assignment, personnel certifications, licensing, client specifications, Guardian company policy, and all relevant laws.
Nothing on the website authorizes any person or company to claim Guardian partnership, subcontractor status, teaming relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, staffing commitment, government affiliation, or other formal relationship unless Guardian has formally authorized it.
ACCESSIBILITY
Guardian welcomes accessibility feedback and may provide information through alternative methods where reasonably possible. For more information, please see our Accessibility Statement.
